Maintained a Very Good Performance Index (PI) for multiple academic years. Received Excellent and Outstanding APAR ratings for several years from superior authorities. Served as Training Associate in Geography for 8 years at ZIET Mysore (KVS Training Institute).Conducted and facilitated several: Induction Courses (ISC)Short Duration Courses (SDC) Orientation Program for Principals, Vice Principals, PGTs and TGTs. Trained 235 Principals on academic leadership and 21st Century Skills. Trained approximately 1000 teachers on the theme of 21st Century Skills and pedagogical innovation. Actively participated in professional development program conducted by CBSE NCERT Institute of Public Administration Contributed significantly to teacher capacity building and academic excellence within the KVS system . was the team member in the content creation for Class 11th Geography in CBSE-i.
